Facial Care

I have a very sensitive skin that is why I always try to avoid applying make ups or any astringent that is not suitable for my skin. When I was in college, I remembered I suffered acne problem. I was on my teens and I was really conscious on how I look that I seek consultation to a dermatologist. She recommended that I undergo some acne treatments and to follow the beauty regiment that she wanted me to do. She also prescribed me specific soap to use and what ointment should I put to eradicate my very annoying acne. I followed everything religiously and I was so happy to see the result.

It was many years later that I again experienced terrible pimples on my face. At that time, I was reviewing for my nursing board exam. Stress, lack of sleep and unhealthy diet resulted to bad facial skin. I went to see my old dermatologist to seek medication. She helped me with my diet and told me to have facial cleansing at least once a month. I bought the prescribed medication however, I was too lazy to do it. I often skipped in applying them. It took several months to get rid of those unwanted pimples. That happened few years ago when internet just started to get popular.

These days, it is quite easy to ask for consultation because you can do it online. Experts are there to help you decide the best product to use for your sensitive skin. You will also have an idea how much you are going to spend as they have price lists for different treatments. In fact, I would like to recommend you one cosmetic clinic that might answer to your acne problems. You can visit http://facialcarebysia.com.au/ and get more ideas from them. You can avail their other treatments so better for you to check them out now!

What is good about internet is that you can easily browse for things that you are seeking for. Everything is given in there and you don't even need to read some papers or buy books just to get some information. Even with music records, you will be saved from all the hassles in going to the music store because you can search for it on the internet.

And for the music enthusiasts out there, especially those who are into hip hop music, I know you will be interested in listening to R&B beats. I found one site online that offers today's top recommended R&B beats and you can even download it for free! I am sure you will to listen to any of these albums listed on the site because the rhythm is good that it makes you wanna feel like dancing or just go with the grooves. The price is also affordable but you can even make offers with them, and who doesn't like that?

You can opt to subscribe to their site where you get the chance new releases delivered straight on your iPhones, iTunes or any other gadgets. Or if you have a website, just install mp3 and the current music will be played instantly to your site. Plus they are updated daily so you will know what's hot on the chart!

Actually, you can also select music of your choices like if you are more into pop, reggae, rock, funk, etc. It's really up to you what kind of music you wanted. If you are convinced now, I suggest you go to their site and register. After which, you login and start selecting the music that you like best to be on your playlist.

Christmas Shopping

I just went for a Christmas shopping yesterday to buy gifts to my kids' friends and teachers. I haven't bought gifts for my relatives and friends but I might do it this weekend (and if I still have budget, hehe).

Shopping may be fun but it's not that easy especially if you are queuing for a long line. Plus I've tons of gifts to bring once I'm done shopping. Gosh, I hope hubby could see that instead of asking me why it took me so long a time to finish buying gifts.

Anyways, I am looking for a wonderful Christmas this year. I hope everyone will have a merry new year, too!

Flawlessly Me (",)

Photobucket
This is me as member of the press :-) This picture was taken on the afternoon of December 14, 2012.  CDO Bloggers were invited to witness the Grand Launching of Flawless at Centrio Mall in Cagayan de Oro City. While waiting for the program to begin, we had the chance of taking pictures of ourselves (",)

For other details of the grand launching, just refer it here.

Screw Jacks

Sometimes, equipment that we used need to be handled carefully, too. But if it is damaged, it's either you replaced it or fixed it. Anyway, accessories like screw jacks are very important also because it helps move up and down of the threaded cylinder when its handle is turned. So, imagine if there is no accessory like this, I'm sure you can't proceed to the next step of what you're doing.

General Luna on Flawless

I attended this afternoon's Grand Launching of Flawless at Centrio - Ayala Mall here in Cagayan de Oro City. One of their endorsers is the all-female band General Luna.

Flawless invited some media partners and that includes CDO Bloggers. During the press conference for General Luna, we had the chance to ask them questions about their band and about the product they are endorsing. After the Q & A portion, local models did the catwalk on the stage. General Luna then performed at least three songs  from their album.

The grand launching was very successful and the night was fun. We were given freebies from Flawless and I will definitely use this. GL also gave us a copy of their CD. I also had a chance for a photo op to some of their members. I wish Flawless more success as well as the GL band.

My Kind of Mic

I love music and I love to sing and it seems my daughter inherited this hobby of mine. She has good voice quality and I like to listen to her sing songs. But I guess we need to replace our old mic with sm58. I found it online and I like its features. I hope to order before this month ends while it's still on promotion. If you want to get this kind of microphone, just browse it online and it will lead you there.

Smiles For You (",)

Sharing to you one of my favorite pictures of my kids. I just love how this picture was taken. I love how baby Zoe grinned on the camera, she looks so funny with chinky eyes. Ate Chloe was, as usual, in her confident self. This was taken at Mooon CafĂ© where we had our dinner one Saturday night.  Hubby took a picture of us while everyone was in good mood :-D

Face Painting

My eldest daughter enjoyed her Halloween celebration this year because not only she joined a contest but she almost filled her pumpkin with lots of treats! Anyway, she wore her vampire queen costume and asked me to paint her face to make her look scary and intimidating. She asked me not to forget to paint a red stain near her lips to make it look like a blood. It was indeed fun to look at her and other contestants. Some of them were so creative and I just could not help but admire their painted face. Even adults joined the contest and if I were the judge, I would really have a hard time choosing a winner. My daughter did not win but she still had fun because all of them were given goodies.

Recently, it just occurred to me to search on the net for a nice face painting. I found the site bounceowny.com and checked on their samples. The kids look so cute and how I admired the artwork because it was neatly done. I would so like them to make me look like a fairy. If you happen to live in New York and want to throw a party to yourself or to your kids, you can hire face painters Long Island to keep your guest busy and entertained. You need not worry of the result because you will be provided with professional face painter so I'm sure you will admire the result. But I guess it may be best if you go to their site and contact them for further information.

Or you can hire their services for your Christmas party, too. Even adults like to have their faces painted so I bet including this in your program will add fun to your party. So, better decide now so you can book them as early as now.

Gold For Creativity!

Photobucket Photobucket
My daughter Chloe, who is currently in Grade 3, got these 2 gold medals today. She won 1st place in Computer Paint where she draw an Aquarium with different kinds of fishes. I wish I have a copy so that I can also see her winning piece. The other medal was won by her group (there were 4 of them) for T-shirt Design Contest for their Math Subject. You can see the shirt on the 1st picture posted above and Chloe even modeled it after they were finish painting the shirt. Luckily for their group, they were declared champion.

They celebrated Information Technology Week last week so Quiz Bee for Math and Science were also conducted. But winners for T-shirt Design and Computer Painting were only announced today. I really wish I have a copy of Chloe's computer paint but I have yet to ask from her teacher. She loves to draw and paint so much that I'm glad her God-given talent was noticed.

So, to my dear daughter Chloe, congratulations and I will always support you!

Oh, to give you an example how Chloe draw on the Computer paint, here it is: Photobucket

18 Years

Come to think of it, it was exactly 18 years ago today when my hubby and I started a relationship. We became boyfriend-girlfriend until 7 years later, we got married. Comes January, we will be celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. We are blessed with two beautiful princesses and with that I am grateful. I just can't believe I've known my hubby for 18 years and still we're as if in getting to know stage. We are still adjusting and still trying to understand each other. Well, since we promised to stick together for better or for worse, we have to keep our vow sacred.

I Held The Moon :-)

This picture was taken last November 1. My family and I visited my dad's grave and we stayed there until 10 pm. Earlier that evening, the view of the moon was so clear and beautiful that I asked my sister in-law to take a picture of me thus the result (see above pic). I love the result because it looks like the moon was just within my reach :)

Yummy Snacks

I often brought my eldest child, Chloe, with me on a weekend just to bond. She's now a tweenie and I just can't believe how time flies so fast. I used to cradle her before she went to sleep and now she's already a school girl who always excel in her class. Anyways, we went to Bigby's and ordered our snacks and we decided to have this Snack Platter. It has chicken strips, french fries, shanghai roll and quesadillas. Although it was quite expensive, it was still worth it. The food was really superb that I don't mind going back in there and order the same menu :)

Great Concert

My brother's band mates held a concert when he was in college. They had strenuous preparation for they wanted to come up with a good and entertaining performance. My brother was a lead guitarist for he was really good on it. I've watched their final concert and I was proud to see him onstage. What I also like was the timing of their lighting so I gave credit to the one in-charge of the lights and sound effects. If you are into music and hope to create a one of a kind performance, I would like to recommend to you dj lighting at guitar center as well as their stage effect. They have several bestsellers in there and sold for a discounted price. So, check them out now!

I'm Having a Break (",)

I'm so glad that Chloe is having her semestral break. At least I won't be waking up early for the entire week and not sleep late just to review with her. They will be back to school November 5 so I am making use of this time to do other chores which I kept on postponing, hehe.

I think this is also a good time for me to recharge because by next week, I'll be busy again. Oh, I'm still busy with my baby Zoe and taking care of my family but I'm just grateful that I won't be waking up very early these days just to prepare food for Chloe. I guess moms with school-age kids out there will agree with me ;-)

Apply Payday Loans Online

I knew some friends who worked for some government agencies and their salary is sometimes delayed. I don't know why it was always like that because I pity some of them who are financially unstable. I hope this kind of practice will be stopped and that they should be fair to the workers. Their meager income was only enough to sustain them for a week or 2 and yet their salary was not released on time. Good thing that there are agencies that loans cash to people who are in dire need of financial assistance. With payday loans, no one gets to worry on putting food on the table. In fact, they can apply payday loans online and get instant approval.

You can browse this site online and see how this works. Usually, payday loans are given for the duration of two weeks so I guess it is just enough to sustain your daily needs. And should there be another emergency, you can apply again. Just make sure you repay quickly to increase the chance of receiving loans. It is how they based their rating and if you are a responsible borrower, you will gain a good track record therefore, big chances of loan approval from the bank.

Her Soccer Team Got Gold!

Photobucket
Chloe got another gold medal because her soccer team for girls won 1st place. What was funny was that Chloe's not a sports-minded person. Few weeks ago, she was terrified playing the ball. She even tried volleyball coz I told her soccer might be dangerous for her. Instead she went home crying, afraid that the ball would hit her or land on her face so she switched back to soccer. I let her but reminded her to be careful. I guess soccer was better for her than volleyball.

It was their intramurals last week so the team who won during the elimination round joined the final battle. Since Chloe and her other 2 female classmates were the youngest in the group, they were tasked to cheer for the group and waited at the bench should any of the players got injured. When she went home that day, she was proud that her team won. At the end of the week, they also had cheering contest and it was their 1st time to join.

The winners for cheering contest was announced yesterday and Chloe's team won. And then she showed me the medal. I was surprised at first coz I thought there was a contest for school that she joined and I did not know. Then she told me about their soccer team for having won 1st prize. She and her team got gold medals! I couldn't help but laughed so hard, hahaha. But I thank her team because of their effort, everybody got gold. So, congrats Chloe and to your team ;-)

My Second CCV Shot

I went to the doctor this day to get my second shot of Cervical Cancer Vaccine. I've been planning to have this years ago but I find it quite expensive. But now, I've realized its importance. It's more expensive if bad things happen to me.

So last month, I got my first shot and I was told that the second shot was very, very important that I don't want to miss it. The third shot will be on February and not to worry if I'm a bit delayed as long as I'll come back for the last shot. Well, as long as it's for my health I'll go for it. I'm very concern about my well-being lately, I've been contemplating a lot and looking at my young kids, I am more determined to stay fit and healthy. I'm also reviewing my diet if I'm doing the right thing. Gee, I'm really health conscious now :-)

Fun Birthday!

I will be turning a year older two months from now and I am thinking of celebrating it differently. Usually, my relatives gather at home and we would have a simple dinner. But if I invite them again on my birthday, I don't think they would mind my drinking jokes and games theme because I know they would also enjoy it. I can even ask them to bring some drinking games and accessories just for fun. And any drinks will do as not to worry everyone, so, juice, sodas or colas are more than welcome!

If you are thinking on celebrating your birthday this way, you may do so. You can refer online for the fun games so that you have an idea on what to do. And if you are working as a party organizer, you can get some ideas from www.spencersonline.com. They have the best birthday gifts and presents for celebrants of all ages. I went to their site and how I enjoyed browsing in there. Some of the items were indeed funny to read, I just could not help but laugh. I wish their items can be found in our place so that I will not wait for a long time for my order to arrive. Plus, they are on sale right now so it is a great time for us to grab this opportunity! Visit their site now for more details.

The Worrywart

I thought we are going to experience sunny weather for one straight week but right now it's already dim outside. It's still 3 in the afternoon but it looks like it's going to rain. It would have been fine with me but hubby has a plan on taking us out tonight, I doubt it will push thru if comes the heavy rain.
Chloe's not yet home from school but I hope she will arrive anytime now so that she won't get wet if the rain comes. Truly the mother in me just kept on worrying, I wish I would just relax. She's riding a carpool anyway, but still, I can't help but worry about my child's well-being.

And while I'm worrying, I'm tending to my 2 year old Zoe's needs, as well as blogging at the same time :) I will feel happy, relieved and at ease if my family's all safe at home.

Chloe's 1st Communion

2012-10-06072021
My not-so-little Chloe had her 1st Holy Communion last October 6, 2012, 8:00 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Parish, Aluba, CDO. Although their school is non sectarian, they still offer communion to Catholic students when they are already in grade 3.

There were more than 50 communicants who received their 1st Communion. The rite was very solemn and well coordinated by teachers. Unfortunately, I was the only one in the family who witnessed Chloe's 1st communion because her dad had a seminar on that very day and baby Zoe was still sleeping.

Ivy Topiary

Putting an ivy topiary in our garden would have been great if only our dog will not destroy it. I think I will just put the topiary somewhere where it can't be reached by our pet. The plant looks so dainty and lovely to me, I'm sure it will add beauty to our very plain garden. The greens also look very refreshing and cool to the eyes.

Another Things to Ponder

Our weather is quite bad these days and it sometimes panics me if there's a heavy downpour of the rain. I guess what had happened last year still terrifies me. The flood that devastated our city December of last year was still fresh from my mind. Our families and friends were victims of the typhoon that also killed my classmate and her family.

Everytime there's rain, I stay alert. Good if it happens during daytime but if it happens at night, I kept waking up to check if the rain stops or not. Unfortunately, our government didn't do much to our city, even the victims were still displaced. I hope they're not waiting for another disaster to happen - God forbid!

Just ranting over here. I hope the rainy days will be over. It's nice to have rain once in awhile as long as it's not so hard. But having sunshine is much better coz my laundry will be dried up right away, planned outings will be pushed thru and people will not panic that much.

Tired and Lazy

I've been planning to post some pictures of Chloe and Zoe but my laziness got in the way. I have tons of pictures of them that are not yet developed and not even posted in my blogs. I dunno why I am so lazy these days. I just want to browse over the net, read or leave comments on FB and play solitaire in my computer. Other than that, I am taking care of Zoe. I hate for not being so productive and when I plan on doing it today, I had my monthly 'visitor'. Now, I'm experiencing slight cramps and backache so I am again postponing my plans for the day. I hope this laziness will be out in my system very soon.

Is Water Fluoridation the Solution for Healthy Teeth?

Your teeth are an important part of your life, but like many other important things, they can often be subjected to neglect and don't always receive the care they deserve. In fact, so many outside factors influence the condition and health of our teeth, can we really make an impact in protecting them JUST through daily brushing and flossing? While it is entirely true that daily brushing and flossing are one of the biggest factors in teeth health which we have direct control over, there are other forces out there that are working to protect our teeth.

Recently the city of Portland, with direct support from the ADA and the Oregon Dental Association, decided to vote in favor of water fluoridation. This is excellent news for local Portland residents as studies show water fluoridation being effective in reducing tooth decay by 20 to 40 percent.

Dentists around Boston also support water fluoridation but understand that there are roadblocks in the process of implementing fluoride into the city's water supply. Since 2005, the powdered sodium fluoride has clogged filters at the city's water plant, much to the befuddlement of city workers. This has made the ability to measure how much fluoride is being added to water very difficult, ultimately leading to the decision to stop fluoridation in early 2009.
All Smiles
Fluoride is also an incredibly useful tool of cosmetic dentists. The Local Boston dental practice, Dental Partners of Boston has said, "Regardless of whether or not fluoride is being used in water, individuals should be treating their teeth with fluoride when they brush their teeth. There is also alternative forms of fluoride sources in the form of over-the-counter treatment kits, or when visiting your dentist."

While water fluoridation has become more common through the United States all dentists can agree that the importance of applying fluoride to your teeth is paramount, and should be done regardless of whether or not it is through drinking water.

Ball Trouble

My daughter's having trouble with her PE these days. Their intramurals is almost near and she signed up for soccer for girls. I told her it might be dangerous for her, she might be interested in volleyball or badminton or other sports. She said they were only told to try out volleyball and soccer for girls and this week's going to be their elimination round. Well, Chloe's been a good student and she excels highly in her academic performance. But I guess one ain't got it all. Sports is her weakness. Yesterday she almost didn't play soccer because she was told she was late. Only to find out that the practice was transferred because of bad weather. She was still able to join but with higher level. And today, she asked the teacher if she can join volleyball. And when she came home, she was crying. She didn't join because she was afraid the ball might hit her. Instead of just sitting at the side of the bench, she went somewhere, I guess at their gazebo where the school gate was near. Gosh, she was really that afraid that the ball would reach her. I hope this ball try-outs will be over. It would be better if she's given a test paper to answer because I'm sure it's where she's good at. But I hope and pray this won't affect her grades at all.

I Miss Drinking Coffee

I went to my OB-Gyne a week ago to get a vaccine and had some consultations. After listening to my woes, she asked me not to drink coffee for about 2 weeks and I did follow. But just this afternoon, I passed by a coffee shop, who promotes their whole bean coffee product, and how I craved to have a little drink in there. How I love the aroma that I can't wait for this 2 weeks to be over so that I can drink again!

Had Some Hair Treatment

I finally had some haircut... Last time I went to the parlor was January of this year. I've been planning to have my hair trimmed since July but I had been busy taking care of things at home that I totally forgot about myself. Now, I demanded to go to the parlor and get some treatment and trimmed my hair. I felt good afterwards. I really wish to do this regularly to have a stress-free hair!

Just Smiles

If you're over 25, you most likely remember the ugly metallic fillings dentists used to use. In fact, they're still widely used today, but for aesthetic, quality, and overall health, many dentists have switched entirely to white fillings made of resin or porcelain. Here are some reasons dentists say they only use white fillings.

A stronger, more durable filling - On the Boston cosmetic dentistry pages of Dental Partners of Boston website they explain that unlike with amalgam, white fillings are securely bonded with the tooth. This not only provides strength to the tooth, it keeps out material that can damage teeth from the inside out. Additionally, metal fillings expand and contract with changes in temperature. Just Smiles, a dental office in Hilliard, Ohio adds that this can cause teeth to crack beyond repair if left unchecked over enough time. This can introduce new cavities or even cause the tooth to be lost altogether.

Aesthetics - The attractiveness of white fillings over amalgam is indisputable. Whenever you open your mouth with metallic fillings people can see the dark gray blotches on your teeth. Even when inside the tooth, the enamel shows hints of the gray underneath. So teeth with amalgam fillings will never be quite white. The white resin easily blends with teeth whitening procedures. At Dental Partners of Boston they advertize that they can shade white fillings to match existing tooth color. This means they will be practically invisible.

Mercury - The old mercury-amalgam filling has been widely used for decades. Many dentists have assumed none of the toxic metal was released into the body. But today there is evidence that over time these fillings slowly exude a gaseous form of mercury. Certain tissues in the body, notably brain tissue, absorb the mercury where it can have very dangerous effects. The local Hilliard, Ohio dentist points out this technology has been around since the Civil War. Just Smiles refuse to use mercury on any of their patients.

The modern technology in white tooth fillings is simply a better product that the 150-year-old amalgam filling. It not only provides a better looking, longer lasting fix for your dental problems, it may be safer for your overall health. Ask your dental office if they offer mercury-free white fillings before your next appointment.

Glad It's Over!

I'm glad that tomorrow's the last day of my daughter's 2nd Quarter Exam. I've been busy reviewing her with her lessons for this week. So far, this is the first time to happen where she had a hard time studying her lessons and I, on the other hand, had a hard time tutoring her. For this quarter, their school was too relax on their students especially the grade 3 level. The had series of school activities lately and it seems that their lesson suffered. Now, the kids are having to grasp the lessons taught to them. Chloe is a straight A pupil but I've seen her struggled her lessons right now especially in Filipino and Civics subject. I guess her mind was still hibernating. By next quarter, I tend to teach her how to make an outline and focus only on the important subjects. Sometimes, I hate to tutor her because I often ran out of patience. But glad that their exam's over by tomorrow. At least my child can be free not only of her lessons but of me as well.

I Want Those!

Owning a house is one big dream of ours. Although hubby and I lived in a house owned by his parents, and eventually they said he will inherit, it is still different if you buy one of your own. A place where you can have something to say on what to do with the house, how it will be designed and decorated. I've browsed online and how I love to have those shaker kitchen cabinets in my dream house! I bet I will have the drive to cook or bake if only my kitchen will look like that. Hoping that my dream will soon come true.

Strolling at Avenue of Stars

One of the places we went to Hong Kong was at the Avenue of Stars. We were supposed to go to Ocean Park that day but it was cloudy and was about to rain. I was after of my kids' safety especially 2 year old Zoe. So we decided to just have a stroll nearby our hotel then in the afternoon, went to Avenue of Stars. But when we arrived there, it was drizzling. We kept on running for a place to cover ourselves. Although we brought Zoe's stroller with umbrella, it was not enough to cover her. The drizzle stopped so we went on with our sightseeing and had our pictures taken. Then it again rained and it was quite hard. It stopped then we continued. It was like that during the afternoon. My mom, who came with us, and I said thought that we'll have our shots taken fast with Chloe and she would just stay with Zoe nearby. As soon as we thought we covered the most important statue (of Bruce Lee, no less, hehe), we decided to go back to our place and have our early dinner. Besides, we were bound to go home the following day.

Improve Your Sleep with Natural Pillows and Bedding

Do you have trouble getting a good night's rest? Discover three simple reasons why natural bed pillows and breathable organic bedding can change your sleep forever, giving you more energy, a rested mind and body, healthier breathing and ultimate comfort.
Photobucket
Natural organic shams and fresh organic bedding are made from natural materials, such as 100 percent organic grow cotton and pure wool. These materials are chemical-, dye- and additive-free. If you are an allergy sufferer, you can sleep easier, not having to struggle with unnatural smells that irritate your lungs and make it difficult to breathe. They also help you stay comfortable at night. You can stop the unbearable night sweats. Natural shams and comfortable organic sheets are breathable materials. These materials allow more air to circulate and naturally pull the perspiration away from your body. These factors make any organic pillow quite comfortable. Wrestling with scratchy, rough textured man-made materials can be downright annoying to say the least. Smooth and luxuriously soft organic bed sheets and relaxingly fresh bed shams can make all the difference in the world between a tired, achy body and refreshed and energized ready-to-roll bones and muscles. Getting a good night's rest can lead to happier personal relationships, more productivity and even a longer life span. Making a simple choice to use natural bed pillows and breathable organic bedding is a smart, health conscious move that only takes a moment of time, but the benefits can lead to a lifetime of healthier living. Plus, it is also better for the environment, so you can make the decision that is best for you and the Earth.

Looking For White Shoes

I'm a bit tired today. My eldest daughter Chloe will be having her First Communion 2 weeks from now and I was looking for a white shoes for her to wear. Chloe's only 9 years old but her shoe size is already 5. That big, huh? We found a very nice and cute white shoes yesterday at SM mall but it was only size 4 and that was the biggest. I was told by the saleslady why not brought her to the ladies section. But Chloe's hesitant to go there because she said she's still a kid! hehe.

Today, it was only me and Chloe who went out. We went to another mall and there were plenty of shoe boutique in that mall but we found none that we both liked. They don't have closed-shoes, too, and it's one of the requirements. We went up and down until we found a plain white shoes but still, there was no available size for Chloe. I felt bad because the shoes was on sale, hehe. Then we found one that's still plain but it was not on sale. I felt that my money will just be wasted on that item. Chloe wanted to surrender and said that she'd better buy that shoes because nothing fits her already. I told her that she still has next week to look for another shoes or I might find a pair for her during weekdays.

We were about to go out of the mall but suddenly stopped because I found another shoes boutique. Lo and behold, we found what we were looking for. Even though the shoes was not that cheap, at least it looks very nice and cute and perfect on Chloe's feet. That's all we wanted. I bought it right away. At least our shopping this afternoon, although tiring, was worth it!

Healthy and Stylish Footwear

I have been using sandals since I was pregnant with my second child and until now, I find it comfortable to wear it. However, I just found out that orthotic sandals are much better to use because not only they are good to wear but it gives a healthy feel on my feet. What is nice about this sandal is that it has an arch support that relaxes your feet and even your find plus they look stylish, too!

Hello Doc!

I had ultrasound and blood tests done and I am going back to my doctor to show her the result. I am not so happy with it, although it's not so alarming, I just wish everything hits the normal range. Obviously, something's wrong with my kidney as 2 small cysts were found. I guess I'm going to see a urologist for further assessment. I am going back to my OB also to see my papsmear result then I'll go see again the gastroenterologist, who recommended to have my blood tested, to check on the result of my lab.

I guess I'll have busy days to see with the doctor but I need to do this for my own benefit.

Mickey Mouse Waffle

My mom, 2 kids and I went to Hong Kong early this month and we didn't miss to go to Disneyland. Hubby was not able to join because he was still recuperating from his operation and this trip could not be cancelled anymore because it was planned since May.
Anyways, we went there on our own, road a train going to the resort and arrived past 10am. It was scorching hot! The heat of the sun really worn me out that I've been wanting to drink something or else I will dehydrate, loz!

It was 12noon already and we were hungry and thirsty. Water and snacks we brought was only good for Zoe and bringing of foods are not allowed. We were looking for the nearest resto but I worry for my 2 year old Zoe for she might need to rest as well as my 9 yr old Chloe. Walking a few more distance was like forever so we stopped at a nearby eatery and we ended up in this shop where they only sell hotdogs, waffles, corns and drinks!

We ordered right away for our 'lunch'. My mom decided to get this waffle. We ordered 2 mickey waffles and a bottle of coke and a juice. I changed Zoe's nappies and clothes for she was sweating already. I got so relieved after I was refreshed but realized later that our food was not enough, haha. We ate like a horse when we got back to our hotel later :-)

What You Need to Know About Bed Bugs and Blankets

When you are ready to wrap up in your favorite blankets, the last thing you want to worry about is bed bugs. Prevention is the best way to keep these nasty creatures out of your resting space. Hygiene alone is not enough; barriers and specialized products are available and keep your bed a stress-free place of rest. Added precautions for special circumstances are easy and well worth the effort.

Prepare your mattress and bed frame by making your mattress a place bed bug clusters do not want to live. They love mattresses, so encase the mattress and the box spring with bug proof covers. You can find these products on line or near the allergy prevention products sold in bedding stores. Purchase a bug proof case for your blankets, and do not forget the pillow covers. Encasement products are also available for futons and other furniture as well. Many of these products are zippered and even waterproof. They may offer protection from more than just one type of bug. Dust mites and other irritants penetrate into bedding in the same way. Take it a step further and invest in bed bug interception products or make your own. They trap any bugs near the legs or base of the bed before they are able to climb under your bedding. If they are found in the traps, then it is a good idea to kick up your prevention measures and perhaps hire a professional exterminator. Frequent vacuuming with a HEPA filter is also helpful in keeping your home clean and free of bugs.

Enjoy a restful sleep when you take measures that protect your bedding and throw blankets from these nasty invaders. When you have new bedding, you have the best chance of preventing infestations. Proper hygiene, along with barrier products and traps, promise reliable protection.

Not Feeling That Well

I am not so feeling well today but I can't be sick coz baby Zoe is also having cough and colds. I brought her to the doctor today and Zoe's given antibiotic already. She had this cough since last week. I gave her meds and thought it would go away. But just yesterday, the sound of her cough changed and I knew I need to bring her to her pediatrician for further assessment. Zoe hated going to the hospital (where her ped had a clinic) that she was crying out loud when it was her turn to be checked by the doc. Anyways, there's nothing Zoe can do but be checked or else her conditioned worsened. She is so much alike with her big sister Chloe. I remembered having a hard time bringing Chloe to the doc when she was about 3-5 years old. Good thing she has overcome it already. Now, my problem is my 2 year old Zoe but glad that her pedia always find a way to check on her.

I don't feel better for the past few days but I can't afford to get sick so I drink paracetamol. I am having head colds and experiencing body malaise. Good thing my mom is here but she will go home this afternoon. I hope by that time I get better already.

I really wanted to check on other blogs and make comments but I am still tired. If I get better I'll definitely drop you a visit ;-)

Express Yourself!

I have seen many people wearing custom t-shirts and I find it cool. The messages I have read speaks a lot and that is one of the reasons why I wanted to own a customized shirt. Although some people shirts have funny messages, others have deeper meaning that made me think twice after reading it. Often, the messages written on the shirt really caught my attention.

You might want to order a custom t-shirt you just have to browse it online where there's plenty to choose from.

A Very Tired Me

I am physically, mentally and emotionally drained. Sometimes, I want to think of nothing and forget everything around me. But that's very impossible to do because I have tons of things to take care of. First and foremost, my kids are my topmost priority. It's hard not to think of anything coz my kids are helpless.

I'm just so tired these days because the burden at home is upon me. Before hubby had his operation, I was already doing all the things at home. When he had his major operation more than 3 weeks ago, my chores at home doubled. When he got home, he was still dependent on me and of course, I have to be strong for my family.

However, my body's kind of tired these days and I'm afraid I might get sick. I don't really feel that well and I'm even having a sore throat right now. So, I immediately drank medicine but I don't know if this would really help me. I don't think that I'm physically weak, I guess I'm mentally or psychologically tired. Last week, my kids and I had a short vacation together with my mom. I thought I could use that time to relax and unwind but I hadn't. I think I got a little bit under stress the mere fact we traveled minus my husband because he was still recuperating from his surgery. And the mere fact also that we were not able to properly said our goodbyes (especially my eldest daughter) because someone was hurrying me up even though it was way too early to leave home. The mere fact that I left home so down and weary and all stressed up almost made me cancel the trip. Good thing I was able to focus and went on with what I had planned to make the trip possible and worthwhile.

Anyway, I'm now back at home but still busy taking care of the mess at home. I'm trying to do things one step at a time and I hope no one's trying to put me in haste this time coz I've had enough. I just want to do things according to my own pacing, and in a quiet way as much as possible because I'm more at peace like this...

Back From Our Hong Kong Trip

Just got back from a short trip from Hong Kong with my family. This trip was planned last May and we already booked our flight. We availed it for a very low price because the airline was offering a 90% of their airbus fare (excluding tax). My mom joined us for this trip and we just joked that in case something happened, at least she's there. End of July, we made hotel reservations and we just waited for a month for this trip to push thru.

But early August my husband got sick. Only to find out he had ruptured appendix that he had to had an emergency appendectomy but the procedure was Ex-lap because his intestine and the rest of his organs needs to be cleaned. In other words, he had major surgery. He had operation August 16th and stayed in the hospital until Tuesday. He was on leave for his work because he needs to recuperate. During that time, we didn't discuss about our travel. Hubby tried his best to get better and followed doctor's order. When he went back to his surgeon to have his stitches checked (and removed the staples on his tummy), his doctor was happy that he progressed well, but of course, it cannot be denied that he got thinner. His doctor said that he is fit to travel but he needs to move slowly and avoid lifting heavy objects. He will be excused for work for 30 days.

When our trip was nearing, that was the time hubby and I discussed about Hong Kong. He wished to join but also hesitant because he felt he would just slow down our activities. We both talked about it and that there was a big possibility that he can't go with us. I was thinking of cancelling it but he wanted us to proceed without him. He will help me with the planning anyway. He was only thankful that my mom joined us with this plan coz at least she's there to help me.

So finally, my mom, me and my 2 kids were off to Hong Kong. Hubby printed, googled, researched all things that I need in going to HK because we didn't hire a travel agency. The "burden" was left under my shoulder but thanks to Google map street view, I was able to visualize the place we were going to stay.
The MRT map was readily printed, our hotel was also contacted that the name of the lead guest will be changed under my name instead of my husband's. How to locate our place riding a bus from the airport was also readied as well as what to expect when we arrived at HK airport and where to proceed.
I just can't believed that I managed all of those. I was even able to bring my mom & kids to Disneyland riding a train just using the map. If I don't have the guts to do it, we might be stuck up in our hotel room, haha. But I was braving everything because hubby believed in me and yes, I prayed, too. And I want us to enjoy this short trip with or without my hubby and glad everyone had fun.

I have to admit my stress level went up from time to time but my confidence always came back. I am not even ashamed to asked anyone if my direction was right and so far, people there were helpful.
We were planning to go to Ocean park the next day but cancelled it when I saw that the weather was not so good. I don't want to jeopardize my kids' health and safety especially baby Zoe. The place was quite far from our hotel, too, but the direction going there was quite easy. But still, I have to prioritize my kids. So we just went to Avenue of Stars and took pictures there. And before we went back to our hotel, we bought souvenir items for a fair price.

I'll be posting pics next time because I need to arrange them first. And my mind's still tired, all I want to do right now is to update my blogs :-)

Important Supplies

When putting up a business, make sure you comply the necessary requirements. This is not only for your protection but others as well. Safety is one important factor that you can give to your workers and to the clients. I used to work in an industrial firm before where our company produces coils. The production area had to be reassessed several times before starting to manufacture the product to make sure any hazardous things may not happen. The area was designed not to jeopardize anyone's health so the firm had put all the  necessary measure to ensure safety.

Same thing when you open a restaurant, safety and cleanliness are some major factors that needs to be considered. And I think during construction, the plumbing supplies should be checked if it all important things are complied. Often, we took things for granted in our vicinity because even simple faucet or air filters were taken for granted. Some of us didn't even know the importance of copper fittings and its importance. This is actually used as conduit for water supply, heating, compressed air and gas in the oil lines, etc. Another thing to check is the grease traps as this intercept fats, oils, sands and other sediments thus protecting the work place. This helps block the unwanted particles before it enters into the sewage system.

So you see, these things that we don't bother much to look are actually important. And I think this is important not just in a firm or restaurant or whatever businesses but also at home. These items can be found online and I some sites are offering it for a low price and plenty of specs to choose from. If you are curious about it, I suggest you better check it out now. Who knows, you might need this in your place?

I Think I Need A Break

More than 2 weeks had passed since my husband's major surgery. From day 1, I watched over him at the hospital, leaving my 2 kids at home with my mom. I was my husband's official caregiver and I morning the night just watching over him, taking care all his needs and all. In the morning, while my father-in-law was around, I went home to check on the kids, cook breakfast for them including lunch, gave bath to my baby girl and fed her, etc. Before lunch, I went back again to the hospital because my husband requested me to be there to take care of him. Glad that my energy level was high that time.

A week after, hubby was discharged and still I took care of him. In fact, my duty was doubled as I now watch over my kids coz my mom already went home. I woke up as early as 5 am to prepare breakfast for Chloe and cook for her lunch as she would eat there. My schedule with baby Zoe was as is and often wanted me to carry her. I dressed up hubby's surgical incision, ran errands if he needs more meds, gauze or whatever he yearns to eat. I studied lesson with my eldest either in the afternoon or night and of course, I have to cook dinner, feed our dogs, throw the trash, clean the house, wash clothes... imagine that and I felt like I was a superwoman... but I am not!

This time, my energy starts waning but I still tried to hold on. I always late at night although my in-laws often come at home to help me. They even sleep-over at our house but still I took care of my family. Sometimes, I get easily irritated maybe because I lack sleep. When I weighed on our bathroom scale, I was horrified to see (although not so surprised) a big drop on my weight. It looks like I had a surgery, too.

I am tired but I still do these things in the name of my family. But I feel that I also deserved a break. This weekend, my family will be on vacation minus my husband. My mom joined me and my kids and I hope we will all be safe. I pray that heaven will allow me and my family to relax and unwind and enjoy this vacation that was planned ahead especially that the burden will still be on me. Hubby's supposed to guide us but now it's my turn to do it. But I am confident I can pull this and I hope we will all be safe until we come back home...

Hubby's Discharged From The Hospital

Hubby's already discharged from the hospital last Tuesday and glad his ordeal was over. If we come to think of it, my husband was actually on critical stage prior to his surgery because his appendix already ruptured and abscess was detected. Doctors were even thinking he had tumor because the result of the CT-scan was not that impressive. But it was during surgery that they have seen everything - there was no tumor but lots of pus inside his intestine. Still it was dangerous because if I didn't push my husband to go see a doctor, he might be poisoned. Surgeons were able to clean his intestine and other organs. In fact, his main surgeon asked me to come inside the operating room during operation to show me hubby's abnormal appendix size. I've assisted doctors before when I volunteered as a scrub nurse but it was so different when the person on the operating table was your family. I felt bad when I went out especially that the doctor's communication skills were non-therapeutic.

Anyway, important thing is my husband recuperating well now and he's out from danger. Only that he can't go back to work right away so he's at home most of the time. And yeah, I'm the one dressing his incisions and drain on his right abdomen. I'm still praying for his complete healing...

Improve Your Writing Ability

Sometimes, we just don’t realize that we can earn a living out of our hobby. However, it is also hard for us to move to the next step because we don’t know what to do. But if you come to think of it, a lot of sites on the net can help you with what you need. You just have to be diligent and patient in looking for the right thing that you need.

If you have the passion to write and thought of publishing it, you can refer online the best possible steps to do it. In fact, a lot of people made money online doing this job. Just like in blogging, who would have thought that you will make money just by talking about your life?

Going back to writing, if you are passionate about it, it’s time to move on to the next level. There is a site that talks about copy writing, which can be an ideal spare-time business and helps you improve your writing skills. If you are not working in the office, it is even of great advantage if you work at home because you can focus more on your work. Copywriting gives you a very flexible schedule so it is expected that you can come up with an ideal work.

You can also learn things from other copywriter experts who are very much experienced with these works. Some universities even offered online writing labs to help students or other writers by providing them literacy materials or other resources. And I say that this is one of the best ways for a beginner to experience as this enhances ones knowledge and helps him achieve his goal by coming up with an ideal work. So, why not try this if you think this is where you belong? You’ll never know what the future holds for you and perhaps, you might be successful in this field.

Hubby Is Hospitalized

This is just a short blog. Hubby had a major operation last Thursday night because of his ruptured appendix. If he had it checked earlier, it would have been a minor operation. But since there was already abscess, it needs to be cleaned. So an Ex-lap procedure was done and now he is still recuperating at the hospital. I hope and pray for him to get well. I've been taking care of him for the past 2 nights and now I'm going back again to check on him. Please include him in your prayers that there's no complication on his operation. I very much appreciate the favor you've done for him. Thank you very much.

Life At Home

I've been pretty preoccupied these past few weeks. Last month was a sick month for me and my family. And when we were better, I often feel exhaustion. I guess I'm just too tired doing lots of chores at home or maybe my body's not functioning properly. Sometimes, I'm getting paranoid of chest pains that I felt for several days but glad it was over few days later. But if I'm not having chest pains, I've got throbbing headache so best way for me to do was to rest. I've to see a doctor yet but I guess what I'm feeling right now is over-fatigue, physically, mentally and emotionally. I get so affected easily these days even if it doesn't concern me or my family. If I've heard something terrible happened to someone I knew, I felt horrible and then panicky when I think of my kids. God forbid and please keep my family safe! Then our country's flooded again.

And recently, my hubby again got ill. He's had low-grade fever and experienced pain in his lower abdomen. I forced him to go see a doctor and indeed he had infection. He was given an antibiotic and was told from drinking alcoholic beverages. So while he rested at home, I did things at home double time. I hope people who are thinking how lucky I am because I'm a stay-at-home mom should realize how much pain in the butt is my job. This kind of life is unglamorous and offers a big self-sacrifice so I often wish we exchange places just for a week. Anyways, my consolation for this chosen 'career' is I get to see my family, my kids especially, often.

I hope to blog more in the coming days. Blog about life, my children's milestones, places that we visited and not about my ranting. But just allow me to mumble things just for today. I just want to vent out and hope everything's okay. Right now, I'm bent on having a healthy lifestyle at home and I hope we will succeed...

My Dad's Birthday

Today could have been my dad's 64th birthday but he was long gone. He left us 12 years ago but I know he's in a better place right now, probably watching us from heaven above. Sometimes, I imagined how life would be if he's still around. He had never seen me and my siblings walk down the aisle and never saw any of his grandchildren. He was fond of kids so I guess he would be a happy grandpa if he's still here.

Anyways, I hope you value your relationship with your father. If they're still around, spend as much time as possible with him. My dad was great and I cherished every moment I had with him. I was close to him but then he got terribly ill. I cannot fight with fate but during those remaining time I had with him, I spent time with him as well as my family. We stood by him and were there for him until his last breath. Anyway, I still thanked the Lord for giving me such a wonderful dad. He will always be in my heart.

Getting Professional Cosmetic Treatment

After I gave birth to my second child, I had a hard time shedding some pounds and eliminating stretch marks. It took me several months to get rid of them. When I look back at it today, I know things would have gone much quicker and easier if I had undergone surgical procedure right away. I know now that I would have nothing to be afraid of since there is an always the option to choose between invasive and non-invasive procedures.

People nowadays are more open to changes. The rise of cosmetic clinics has become rampant since more and more people need them either for treatment or enhancement purposes. The important thing here, though, is to make sure you find the right person or establishment to do this delicate job. When cosmetic surgery involves breast implants, nose lifts, or skin regeneration, it requires a great deal of trusted surgeons to make sure you are in good hands.

One particular website has highly competent specialists who are extremely careful in treating surgical or non-surgical procedures with their patients. Prior concerns of patients are readily answered especially when pertaining to breast augmentation. Some women have individual reasons for why they go for this procedure and I believe nobody has the right to judge them about it. Besides, the procedure is quite safe nowadays. If you visit Victorian Cosmetic Institute, you’ll get more insights from their experts. They will honestly answer your questions, discuss the kind of treatment you will receive, how long the surgery will last and the pain to subside, what are the complications and other measures that you must consider and avoid. You can contact them for further consultation or you can also make an appointment with them online. This site is certainly highly recommended for everyone as it gives people an idea of what to expect based on professional opinions.

Princess-themed Party

My 2 princesses celebrated their birthdays this month. Both wore costumes, Chloe as Sleeping Beauty/Aurora and Baby Zoe as Snow White :-) Their party was held at Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan de Oro and their service was great, one of the reasons why we kept on going back there. Chloe is now 9 years old and Zoe is 2. Let the pic below do the talking:

Overnight Camps For Teens

My high school classmate and I were talking about our kids just a month ago. My kids are still pretty young while my classmate’s kids are already on their teens. Her eldest son, a junior high school student, is very active on any of his school’s activities. Just like any other mom, she is thrilled but nervous at the same time for her son. She said she always wanted to be there for her son, see how he was doing and wish him luck but she cannot always be by his side. She gives him moral support, instead, and guidance.

One time, her son told her that he was to join a camp with his friends and classmates at school. She was expecting it and she knew it was also great for her son to keep him active. Besides, it was summer. However, she could not help but be a little nervous about it because it was the first time that he’s joining it and she can’t watch out for her. But she trusted her son and his friends and the school who would be there to guide them. And after the camping was over, she was also to see her son having a great time. She thought that if it was good for the kids, other mothers should not worry about it. She marveled how her son participated in that activity and even recommended to other moms, including me, that I should also do that to my kids once they are teenagers. Well, I will cross the bridge when I get there.

If you want your children to join this kind of activity, you can check online for Overnight Camps where you can find the perfect summer experience for your kids. There are plenty of great stuffs that that may interest your kids. You can read on their Camp Information to know that they are safe and you need not worry about. So, check it out now!

My Children's Birthday

My 2 princesses celebrated their birthday last July 14, 2012. I decided to have a joint celebration because their birthdays are a just a week away. And I find it practical, too. But aside from that, I think I don't have anymore energy to prepare their parties separately. I just recovered from cough and cold and Zoe also recuperated from her tonsillitis so I think I can manage to do other things. Even Chloe got cough and cold but thankfully, hers was only mild. Hubby, me and Zoe had the worst illness over the past 2 weeks and glad that all of us got better on their birthdays.

I'll be posting more pictures next time as I'm still lazy to do it today. In fact, I've been very lazy to do other things before their party but glad I was able to prepare small things and leave the rest to the party organizer. I guess I'll just have to do it one step at a time.

We're Dealing With Illness

Hello everyone!

I had not been blogging lately because hubby got sick, then I got sick and last week, baby girl Zoe had tonsillitis and still has cough right now. She had the worst condition as it had developed into an allergy that's why she could hardly sleep at night because of the attacks. And just this weekend, my eldest child, Chloe, had cough and colds but quite manageable, but still, dealing this is quite difficult but I've no choice. I want my kids to recover fast especially that both their birthdays are fast approaching.

I hope to post more nice stories next time. I'm just sharing what happen to me lately. My attention was really divided but I've to attend my family first. Hope all is well at your end. Be careful also as the weather is not so good these days.

Buy Christmas Presents Early!

I know it's still early but some of you out there, especially the single ladies, might be interested to shop Christmas gifts for everyone through ProFlowers. They have several ideas on what you just need so just try checking on their products. It is better to be early because time flies really so fast and for all you know, it is already Christmas ;-)

So buy now and give it later. Believe me, this will save you a lot of your time.

It's Decided...

Still about my kid's birthday party, I'm planning to give a party to my youngest child who will turn 2 this month. My eldest child is also July-born but I told her that we must give chance to her baby sister. I other words, she will not have a party anymore. She will just have a simple celebration at home or have dinner somewhere just the 4 of us. She understood.

However, after much pondering, I thought I might save much if I'll go on with a joint celebration, and saves me all the hassles. I haven't told my eldest yet but I'm pretty sure she will be happy to know if this will be the case.

Design and Build

I am glad to know that some sites are offering free services to other site owners. Just like in blogging, some are kind enough to customize our templates and others asked only a minimal fee. So sweet of them. But of course there are some who requires standard fee for their work because it is really their job. Creating a template is not an easy job because I don't even know it and had a hard time understanding how the thing works.

But there is one site I read recently that offers free html5 templates and was thinking of grabbing this opportunity. You might want to try it, too, so why not drop them a visit?

Still Pondering

I'm planning to make a personalized invitation card for my children's upcoming birthday party. However, I am so tired and still weak so I don't know when to start. Another problem is that, I don't even know how I wanted the invitation cards to look like.

I've been browsing at the internet but to know avail. I can't stay at the computer for a long time also. I hope this tiredness I feel will go away. But I need to stay in shape so that I can function well...

Fast Delivery

I am glad that some of our fast food stores in the city are already updating their system. Whenever I call them over the phone to order some food or snacks for delivery, our conversation is quick. Obviously because they already stored in their system their frequent customers' address. I was informed by an acquaintance that some establishments are using aldelo pos that is why they can easily track their customer's history. The system is really helpful as it's reliable and I hope others will also improve or update their system.

Yang Chow at Gloria Maris

After attending Sunday mass in the morning, we went to Gloria Maris and ordered our lunch. Hubby ordered several Chinese food that also includes Yang Chow.

Yang Chow
I think I will be contented eating Yang Chow only, hehe. No need to order extra food here, lol. But hubby ordered three more food because he was famished and we don't give shrimp (mixed in yang chow) yet to baby Zoe.

Fashionable Maternity Clothes

When I was pregnant with my two girls, I was very picky with the clothes I wear. I felt that I should put more effort in dressing up especially that I have a swollen belly and experienced hormonal changes in my body. I was glad that I can find some maternity fashion online where they helped look pregnant women trendy. If you are currently pregnant, don't take yourself for granted. Dress yourself up and be one of the stylish preggy moms in town ;-)

First Day of School

It's back-to-school day for Chloe today. She's in 3rd grade and she will have a class from morning until afternoon. I will definitely miss her during lunch time. But for today, I joined her for lunch to see if she's okay. It seems that she's happy to be with her classmates. I just can't believe my little girl grown up so fast! And schools are teacher their students to behave like a responsible child already.

I pray that she will always be safe and okay at school. I hope she will eat well without me. Oh, I guess I'm having a sentimental moment now. Dang, I hope I will slowly cope this kind of feeling...

Rest Your Feet

I guess some of you have patio chair or garden chair at home. Sometimes, it is nice to relax and breathe some fresh air and look at the beautiful scenery just within your vicinity. But it would be more relaxing if you have patio footstool to rest your feet especially when you feel like taking a siesta. You buy the quality footstool at the store near you or even online. Start browsing now!

Perfect Fit

Photobucket

Got this freebie from Firmoo Glasses just end of this month. It took about 2 weeks for my items to arrive at my home address. The glasses fit perfectly on my face and how I love it! 2 of the items are now in my husband's and I also gave 1 for my mom and 1 for a friend.

Celebrating Birthday at Pryce Plaza Hotel

I've been planning to blog about my hubby's birthday and post some of our pics but I was too lazy to do it. Actually, not entirely lazy but am also busy at home that when it's time for me to use the computer, I don't have energy anymore to write anything that I ended up browsing and reading other entries. I even missed joining some memes! So finally, I will post the pictures taken a month ago, hubby's birthday celebration last April 28.
We had an overnight stay at Pryce Plaza hotel. The kids, especially Chloe, loved the place for she was able to swim on the pool. Baby Zoe was at first afraid but later joined us on the pool. The weather was perfect that afternoon. In the evening, we decided to go to the nearby mall and dined in there. I posted in my other entry about my hubby's birthday dinner where the staff at Bigby's sang a b-day song for him :) Our overnight stay was inclusive of 2 complimentary breakfast. We just add a little for Chloe but Zoe was free. Oh, since the hotel is offering a summer promo, we were able to avail big discount on our room. Such a happy birthday indeed! Below are the pics. Enjoy viewing ;-)
