Distance Learning 2021

My kids are still doing their online classes over a year now but despite everything, I am grateful to their schools and teachers for the continued distance learning. COVID-19 may have disrupted our usual activities but that does not mean that we stop also with our lives instead, find ways to go on and adapt to the new normal.

It would have been fun for our kids to see other people like they used to, and for us to see our family and friends without worrying. However, while the virus is not yet fully eliminated, let us take care of our health first in order to protect ourselves, our loved ones and our friends. Most importantly, get vaccinated. These are the only options for now.

How about you? How are your kids coping? I hope they are doing fine and still enjoyed their virtual classes. Remember, this is just temporary. Let's continue to pray and hope that this will be over soon, and everything will be back to the way it used to be. Have a great day!

ReadyMinds Development Center is Now in CDO!

ReadyMinds Development Center formally opened in Cagayan de Oro last March 28, 2017 and it was a huge success. It was attended by many people and most of them got a glimpse of what was inside the center.

ReadyMinds is the only center in Cagayan de Oro that introduces i-Ready diagnostic and instruction program. i-Ready diagnostic and instruction is a powerful on-line program that will bring students up to grade level.
It is the single K–12 adaptive Diagnostic for reading and mathematics that pinpoints learners’ needs down to the sub-skill level. It also has ongoing progress monitoring showing whether students are on track to achieve end-of-year targets.
ReadyMinds is a family-owned business, F & J De Jesus Inc., along with their children. They were actually present during the grand opening and  briefly shared their experiences on how they adapted the US-based education and brought it here in the Philippines. Now, they have many branches nationwide.
For more details about ReadyMinds, I suggest you visit their place at 2/F Knightsbridge building, Tomas-Saco St. (fronting Mercury Drug). The staff or manager of learning (ML) are all nice and accommodating so you can ask any of them about your queries.

And sharing to you some GOOD NEWS: ReadyMinds Development Center is currently offering a Summer Enrichment Promo. They are offering 20 sessions for Php 1,799 ONLY for either Math or Reading! So imagine how much you saved coz your payment for 1 month is equivalent for 2 months! But you need to hurry as the promo is up to April 28, 2017 only!

Writing Services

A lot of students these days are busy preparing for their upcoming exams, finishing their projects and completing their thesis. Not to mention they have tons of assignments to accomplish and daily quizzes to take and that means they have to double their time in studying. If a student had a hard time balancing his schedule, it would be so hard to catch up with everything. And if they are unlucky, they might fail. But fortunately, with the recent technology, there are other resources where the students can ask for help.

Library may be a good place to study, make assignments and do essays but you can also browse the internet for custom thesis writing. Students can seek for their assistance if it is already impossible for them to finish all the necessary requirements. They are rest assured that the essays will be completed on the day the student need it. In fact, the student can communicate directly to the writers as they are available 24/7. So you see, thesis can be easily ordered these days and one need not even worry because the papers are scanned of anti-plagiarism software. For more information, try to watch at YouTube about their site and learn about essay writing services. So check it out now while you still have time!

My Daughter's Teacher

My daughter, Chloe, was invited by her former teacher to sing during her birthday celebration earlier this month. Chloe sang Lea Salonga's version of On My Own from the play, Les Misérables.

Teacher Marissa was Chloe's Kindergarten 2 teacher. She's also the owner and directress of Lifetime Study Center, where my daughter had attended her preschool years. If I were to describe Teacher Mari, well... she's tough and quite strict but she's also an excellent teacher and is well-loved by her students. She's described by many as perfectionist, especially when it comes to diction and penmanship, which is just fine for us parents since all of her graduates had turned out to be very good speakers and readers in grade school (most of them even turned out as medalists). ;-)

Teacher Marissa (or Khessa to some) celebrated her day with her family, a few friends and her school staff. My daughter said she couldn't be more happier and excited to see Teacher Marissa again since she really missed her a lot. She even asked me to buy a bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift for her former teacher.

I will always be grateful to Teacher Marissa for the excellent education she had instilled not only to my daughter but to all of her students. She had helped my child attain the best nursery and kindergarten education and had also helped in honing Chloe's skills and develop her talents, especially at singing, sketching and her love for reading. In short, thank you, Teacher Mari, for bringing out the best in her ;-)

A truly special teacher is very wise, and sees tomorrow in every child's eyes. ~Author Unknown

Digital Education Library

Having a mini library at home is one of my dreams but I know it will take up space at home. But I just can't help but think about it since my daughter is quite a bookworm. Anyway, my husband told me that it's not necessary because we can easily research books online. Have you heard about Edu Brary? Well, they have all the necessary educational documents and study materials. When I visited their site and read other people's testimonials, it is inspiring to know that EduBrary had helped 94% of their members attain their GPAs.

The Educational Digital Materials Library has all thousands of study materials and study educational documents that are very useful in your learning. I suggest that you visit their site to know more about it.
