Lend A Hand

I've mentioned that my husband works in a bank under the loans division. Well, he's actually an Account Officer right now but prior to that, he used to be a credit investigator then became an appraiser. He tried to explain to me about asset based lending and that a person who applied loans from their bank must have good collateral. This is to make sure that the other party has proven that he is capable of paying his loans. And should there be any problem encountered in the future, his collateral will offset his debt to the bank.

Currently On Sale

A friend of mine approached my husband to inquire about some foreclosed properties. My husband works in a bank so, he assisted my friend in looking for a property that she's interested in. My friend is interested in acquiring repossessed items because she said they are come in cheaper. But if you scarcely have a time to go out, I've read online about Outer Banks foreclosures wherein the repossessed items are sold in a very cheap or low price. There are mobile homes, furniture, cars or just name the item you're looking for and they have it!
