About My Blog

Hello guys! How's your week and weekend? Hope you had a blast. Anyway, I am so thankful for all the people who dropped by my blog, took time to comment and also left me messages in my cbox. I truly appreciated it!!

However, there are people out there who dropped by and left me a message to visit or promote their porn site or porn video. Oh please, spare me!! My blog is very wholesome. I don't promote anything obscene thing here. I do understand, though, that some bloggers enjoyed doing that and I will not stop you from doing it. But I hope you will not come to my blog anymore because we don't have the same theme and I will not definitely visit your blog.

So, I am sorry to say that everytime you (whoever you are) promote your porno blogs here, by leaving a comment in my cbox, I always took the liberty to ban and delete it. I guess I have every right to do this as this is my blog and I can do whatever I want.

Yummy Sunday: Heavy Snacks

We had our family pictorial last January 2, 2010 with my family on my mother's side (I'll be posting it soon). It took about an hour to finish our photo op that we ended up very hungry. We went to Mom's Corner to take our snacks. The food tasted sooo good and everyone was satisfied with what they've eaten. Sharing to you the pictures of our heavy snacks:

CLUBHOUSE
I ordered this one and it was indeed yummy!

SPAGHETTI
My daughter, Chloe, ordered this. She let me tasted it and it was so mouth-watering!

HALO2X
My sister-in-law ordered this. I guess it tasted good as my SIL finished all her share!

8 Years and Counting...

Yesterday, my husband & I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary. It was also my birthday. We decided to celebrate because we also want to thank that we now have a place to live, hehe.. I've mentioned before that we are going to transfer to a new residence and finally, we moved to this place just last January 1, 2010. We lived in an apartment before at the heart of the city. The place may be accessible but it's not safe for my daughter to play outside the house. And we kept closing our windows and doors so that the dust outside will not get inside our house. This time, our place is child friendly and at last I can breathe some fresh air :-) The house is also twice bigger than the old one.

Our new residence is not actually a new house but we have it repainted and did some renovation/plumming. This is actually owned by my father-in-law but he wanted us to stay here. He said this house will be eventually inherited by his children. He had this house rented prior to us and now he wanted us to maintain this. So very kind of him. Now, we have a place to live, hehehe..About our old place? It was also owned by my FIL and his siblings but it's now sold.

Going back to our celebration, only relatives and few friends came over to our house to join us for dinner. Some of them brought food, too, so we only prepared less, hehe. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my dear friend, Amy. She posted at her site her birthday/anniversary greeting for me. I was terribly touched and teary-eyed upon reading it. It's true we were not really that super close but we've always maintained our friendship and managed to keep in touch. She is a rare kind & she's a friend worth keeping for. What I love about Amy is that she always has time to listen to my woes and a secret is always safe with her. No wonder she is blessed and I pray that she will always be. Again, thank you, Amy. You don't know how grateful I am & thankful of your friendship.

I hope to be active in blogging again. It's just that I am still adjusting to our new place and some other things. I'll just share it soon ;-) But I am totally grateful for all my other blogger friends who drop by in here and took their time to comment or say hello. I owe you a lot of visits. Don't worry, you're all in my thoughts and will visit your blogs one of these days...

Yummy Sunday: Ampalaya

This is my Yummy Sunday Entry, Ampalaya or better known as Bitter Melon/Gourd. I never like eating this before but miracle of miracles, I forced myself to eat this very rich in iron vegetable and fortunately, I succeeded. Believe me, it was only late 2009 when I began eating this. I even cooked this myself and I've got to thank Knorr soysauce also for making this food a much tastier to eat.

If you're a food lover, join Perfectly Blended and post your entry every Sunday.

Yummy Sunday: Sunburst

My Yummy Sunday Entry is about Chicken and Lomi Soup. One of my favorite Restos in CDO is Sunburst because I so love the taste of their chicken. It's finger-lickin' yummy to the bones! This was taken after we attended Chloe's Christmas program. We had our lunch there and everybody went home full. Join Perfectly Blended and share your favorite foods every Sunday.
